Conditions for Exchange and Return:

• Shoes must be in a perfect condition without being used. E.g. Shoes must not have any creases or is in any way dirty
• Shoes can only be exchanged for different sizes, but not for different colors or series
• Shoes can only be exchanged within 7 days of the initial purchase
• Shoes must not be used outdoors
• Shoes must not have a distorted upper leather where there are creases or any damage to the shoe
• All shoes or items must be in a new and unused condition with all the boxes and accessories intact (no missing pieces)
• We only accept 1 size change per shoe (please make sure that the size is correct before making your decision)
• All products are non-refundable 
• We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if all the conditions are not met 

How to return and exchange:

• Size changes can be made free of charge at our store in Erawan Bangkok. Customers must make an enquiry through our line @brunobranelli first before proceeding to the store as we might not have the size fully stocked at the store (we don’t accept walk-in exchanges). 
• Size changes can also be made through post. However, customer must pay for shipping both ways for the return and exchange of the product. Again, please contact via line @brunobranelli first.
